Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting a reliable Cleaning Operative to work at a government facility in Pwllheli. This part-time role offers evening hours from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, 5 hours per week, with pay £12.71 per hour.

You will maintain high cleanliness standards, handle basic security procedures, and operate the site's time and attendance system. Previous cleaning experience is preferred, and rights to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Capable of acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Knowledge of COSHH and safe use of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of office and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Dusting and wiping surfaces, desks and touch points.
• Cleaning kitchen and welfare facilities.
• Cleaning toilets, washrooms and replenishing consumables.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly.
• Reporting maintenance issues and health and safety concerns.
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
• Using the site's telephone-based time and attendance system.
