Job summary

ABM is seeking a hardworking cleaner to join our Devonport Dockyard team. You will perform general cleaning of offices and welfare areas, walking between buildings as needed and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Training and full uniform are provided, along with PPE.

The hours are 4 hours per day over a 4-day shift pattern (13:00–17:00 on weekdays, 07:00–11:00 on weekends). Pay is £13.45 per hour, with recruitment support available via [e-mail].

• Must hold a valid driving licence, passport or provisional licence.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices and welfare areas.
• Walk between buildings as required and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Dusting, vacuuming, washrooms and kitchen areas, litter picking and waste removal.
• Work with ABM team members; wear uniform and PPE; follow safety directions.

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

Yourdutieswillinvolvegeneral cleaningofoffice and welfareareas. Youwillbeworkinginsidemajorityofthe timebut walking from building to building will berequired. You willberesponsibleformaintainingacleanandsafeenvironment. Tasksinvolvebutarenot limited todusting, vacuuming,cleaning of washrooms and Kitchen areas,litterpickingandwasteremoval.Youwill beworkingwithotherABMTeam Members. Excellentattentiontodetail andreliability are essential.Trainingandfull uniformwill beprovided.You willbe requiredtowearyour uniform and allappropriatePPE(Personal Protective Equipment),at all times.FollowingallABM andClientsafety directions/ operationalrequirements.
