As a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure that equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used, following Health and Safety requirements. You will undertake all necessary training to deliver the cleaning role effectively. Working within a team and under your own initiative, you will build positive relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek continuous improvement to exceed expectations.
