We seek to recruit three Cleaning Operatives for our NHS client at St. Catherine’s Health Centre, Derby Rd, Birkenhead CH42 0LQ. Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you'll work individually or as part of a team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuuming, emptying litter bins, polishing, and dusting, including toilets and shower areas, using powered equipment where appropriate.
2. Moving furniture as needed.
3. Ensuring all duties comply with Health and Safety at Work Act, legal requirements, and company policies.
4. Assisting in other establishments during staff absences.
5. Responding to incidents such as accidents, fires, thefts, and damages, completing reports as necessary.
6. Attending meetings and training sessions.
7. Performing duties as required, including covering for staff absences.
8. Pursuing personal development relevant to the role.
9. Adhering to company rules, policies, and procedures at all times.

Experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and confidence in communication are essential.

Please note: The role is subject to a standard DBS check.
