Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties in line with agreed specifications and schedules, including window cleaning where required.
• Ensure all areas are maintained to a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
• Follow health and safety procedures and use the appropriate PPE.
• Use cleaning products, materials and equipment safely, ensuring they are properly maintained and stored.
• Report any cleaning issues or maintenance concerns to your Supervisor.
• Review allocated tasks and update work records using the Jobber system.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to maintain cleaning standards.
• Respond positively to client requests and changing priorities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide a friendly, courteous service to clients, colleagues and visitors.
• Take responsibility for the quality of your work and support less experienced colleagues when required.

What You'll Be Doing
