Job summary

Anchor Group Services, Hull, is seeking a part-time Cleaning Operative to join the site cleaning team at Biz Hub Hull.

You will carry out a range of cleaning tasks to a high standard, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and flexibility to cover shifts as needed. The company offers benefits and a supportive environment in a facilities-focused role, with shifts Tue and Fri 16:00-18:00 at £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas according to site instructions and spec.

• Follow Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Use site-specific equipment, machinery and handling chemicals.
• Interact with on-site clients delivering good customer service.
• Carry out any other reasonable management requests.

Overview

An excitingopportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for anexperienced cleaner to join the site cleaning team on a part-time basis at Biz Hub Hull .

The successfulcandidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaningtasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. Youmust be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, havethe ability to communicate on all levels and provideflexibility to cover additional shifts, as and whenrequired.

Duties include

• Cleaning ofdesignated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaningspecification is completed, as per the siteinstructions
  
• Emptying of bins,ensuring recycled waste is disposed ofcorrectly
  
• Attending tospillages by making sure they are cleaned up, within anefficient timeframe, to prevent accidents and ensure site andstaff safety
  
• Following H&Sand COSHH regulations
  
• Use ofsite-specific equipment, machinery and handlingchemicals
  
• Proactiveinteraction with on-site clients and customers, offeringsuperb customer service

• Carrying out anyother reasonable management requests
