Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall upkeep and presentation of facilities.

Hours of work: Tuesdays and Thursdays 08:00-16:00

£12.60 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitise designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Manage waste disposal in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stocks are low.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning routines.
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and any concerns.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
