Job summary

ABM is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for a Shopping Centre in Park Royal, NW10 7BQ. Shifts are Mon–Fri, 7pm–9pm, 10 hours per week, at £14.80 per hour. Duties include cleaning cabins and toilets, restocking supplies, and using floor machines with a strong emphasis on safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitising all areas of the cabins.
• Clean and sanitise toilets including cubicles and fittings.
• Ensure toilets are stocked and fully functional.
• Hoovering, sweeping and mopping all floors.
• Use machinery in line with training and H&S policies.
• Conduct hocto tasks and assist in incidents as required.
• Adhere to health & safety and fire procedures.

Yourdutieswillinvolvecleaningofa Shopping Centre mall and associatedareasandincludeshoovering,mopping,using ride on floor machine, and toilet cleaning. You will empty waste and top up consumables. You musthave goodattention to detail andhigh standardsof cleaning. You willbe responsible fordisinfecting areas as per planner.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

We arelookingtoappointaproactiveCleaning Operative to join our team andassistinmaintainingaclean and safeshoppingenvironmentfor all our customersandstaff.

Duties:

• Cleaning andsanitisingall areas of thecabins.
• Clean andsanitiseall areas of customer toilets including cubicles, toilet seats, cisterns, sanitary fittings, urinals, sinks,mirrorsand hand dryers
• Ensure all customer toilets are fully stocked with paper, soapetcand all items are fully functional
• Clean all floor areas conducting hoovering,sweepingand mopping
• Use of machinery and equipment in line with training andmaintainingH&S compliance
• Chewing gum removal
• Conductadhoctasks in connection with business requirements
• Assistin the case of fire evacuation orothermajor/minor incident
• Use of all company equipment conducted in line with policies, site specific R.A.M.S. and training
• Confident incomplying withhealth & safety and fire prevention procedures
