Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time CleanTeam Member for Farnborough to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our gym facilities. You will be responsible for cleaning various areas, using specified equipment, and supporting a team-led schedule to ensure customer experience is not disrupted.

We value friendly communicators who take pride in their work and can follow cleaning protocols across gym, changing rooms, showers and poolside areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills
• Organisational skills and ability to work with a Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club
• Care about our customers
• Take pride in your work
• Follow cleaning processes and keep location clean, pleasant and safe for customers
• Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners)
• Be responsible for tasks including gym, changing rooms, showers & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym,we’llexpect you to organise your work and plan your time withassistancefrom a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature andgood communicationskills, which will come in handy whenyou’reinteracting with colleagues and customers.

As a CleanTeam Member, you will:
