Job summary

Nuffield Health Brentwood in Farnborough is seeking a part-time CleanTeam Member to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gym environment. This role is 10 hours per week with a pro rata salary of £27,248 per year, paid weekly or monthly as per policy.

You will work under a Team Leader and use the latest cleaning equipment to keep public areas pristine. A major part of the role involves cleaning the female changing rooms, and a female Cleaner is requested for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred.
• Be well organised and able to plan work with a Team Leader.
• Able to use cleaning equipment safely (scrubber dryers, rotary machines, carpet cleaners).
• Friendly, with good communication skills when interacting with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare areas at the club.
• Care about customers and take pride in your work.
• Follow cleaning processes to keep locations clean, pleasant and safe.
• Work with gym, changing rooms, showers and poolside areas.
• Handle waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym,we’llexpect you to organise your work and plan your time withassistancefrom a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature andgood communicationskills, which will come in handy whenyou’reinteracting with colleagues and customers.

As a CleanTeam Member, you will:

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club

• Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean,pleasantand safe for customers.
• Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners)
• Be responsible fora variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning
