Job summary

Nuffield Health Bridgend is seeking a part-time Clean Team Member to maintain a welcoming, clean and safe environment for members and staff. You will work with the gym team to ensure cleaning routines are followed and standards are high, using scrubber dryers, rotary machines and carpet cleaners.

We value a friendly, communicative team player who can organise their workload with guidance from a Team Leader. This role supports a busy fitness club and contributes to a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and ability to follow cleaning processes.
• Organised and able to plan time with support from a Team Leader.
• Friendly and good communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club.
• Care about our customers and maintain a pleasant environment.
• Take pride in your work and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Use cleaning equipment safely (scrubbers, rotary machines, carpet cleaners).
• Handle tasks across gym, changing rooms, showers and poolside, plus waste removal.

Bridgend FWC | Cleaning | Permanent contract | Part time

£ 26,707.20 pro rata

8 hours per week

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we'll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer's experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first‑class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you're interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Clean Team Member, you will:

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club

• Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers.

• Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning
