Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking a Cleaning Operative for PIB Cardiff to join the site cleaning team. The role involves cleaning designated areas, managing waste, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness with attention to detail.

Overview

An excitingopportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for anexperienced cleaner to join the site cleaning team at PIB Cardiff.

The successfulcandidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaningtasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. Youmust be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, havethe ability to communicate on all levels and provideflexibility to cover additional shifts, as and whenrequired.

If you do not already hold a valid DBS certificate, you will require a DBS check before starting.

Dutiesinclude:

• Cleaning ofdesignated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaningspecification is completed, as per the siteinstructions
• Emptying of bins,ensuring recycled waste is disposed ofcorrectly
• Attending tospillages by making sure they are cleaned up, within anefficient timeframe, to prevent accidents and ensure site andstaff safety
• Following H&Sand COSHH regulations
• Use ofsite-specific equipment, machinery and handlingchemicals
• Proactiveinteraction with on-site clients and customers, offeringsuperb customer service
