Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking a Relief Cleaning Operative to join the Bradford site team at Bradford Southgate Car Park. This zero-hours role covers shifts as needed, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour and reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard, maintain safety, and provide excellent service to site clients, with access to Anchor Academy training and a range of employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of designated areas according to the site specification.
• Emptying of bins and correct disposal of waste.
• Attend to spillages promptly to maintain safety.
• Follow health & safety and COSHH regulations.
• Use of site-specific equipment, machinery and chemicals.
• Proactive interaction with on-site clients, delivering excellent service.
• Carry out any other reasonable management requests.

Overview

An excitingopportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for anexperienced cleaner to join the site cleaning team at Bradford Southgate Car Park as a Relief Cleaning Operative.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, have the ability to communicate on all levels and provide flexibility to cover additional shifts, as and when required.

This is a relief position on a zero-hour contract to provide site cover, therefore, the successful candidate must be flexible and available to cover annual leave, sickness absence, and other operational needs as required.

Dutiesinclude:

• Cleaning ofdesignated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaningspecification is completed, as per the siteinstructions
• Emptying of bins,ensuring recycled waste is disposed ofcorrectly
• Attending tospillages by making sure they are cleaned up, within anefficient timeframe, to prevent accidents and ensure site andstaff safety
• Following H&Sand COSHH regulations
• Use ofsite-specific equipment, machinery and handlingchemicals
• Proactiveinteraction with on-site clients and customers, offeringsuperb customer service
