As a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, understanding when work needs to be carried out and the use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals, following Health and Safety requirements. Successful completion of all necessary training is required. You will work within a team and also use your initiative. Building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent service are key, along with seeking continuous improvement to exceed expectations.
