Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to join our Barnard Castle site. You will oversee all cleaning duties and supervise the team to maintain high standards across floors, washrooms and communal areas.

The ideal candidate will have previous managerial or supervisory experience in cleaning, experience with rotas, training and HR compliance, and a strong customer service focus, with flexibility to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership experience in cleaning or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with staffing, rotas and basic HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms; supervise the team.
