OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager in Newtownabbey to oversee cleaning operations across floors, washrooms and common areas. You will manage rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment, ensuring training records are kept and safety incidents are handled promptly.

The ideal candidate has prior management or supervision experience in cleaning, strong customer service, and flexibility with hours. Right to work in the UK is required.

Formación

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field is desirable.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise; flexible with working hours and days.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing and assisting with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruiting new employees.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training where possible; keep records.
• Involvement with investigation matters such as accidents or disciplinary investigations.
• Monitor cleaning products on-site, maintain stock levels and submit orders per site budgets.
