About The Role

Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 - 18:00

We’re recruiting a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate and driven cleaning team. You will oversee all cleaning duties carried out by your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms, and other ad hoc areas.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, and recruitment.
• Identify training needs, conduct training, and keep records.
• Participate in investigations related to accidents or disciplinary issues.
• Monitor cleaning product stock levels and submit orders within budget.

Candidate Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field is desirable.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and be flexible with hours.
