About The Role

Shift pattern: Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 12pm, Sunday 8am to 4pm.

As a Cleaning Manager, you will oversee cleaning operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and act as the primary contact for clients and management. Your responsibilities include managing staff and resources, and providing operational reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring operations comply with H&S policies, COSHH, and risk assessments.
• Serving as the first point of contact for clients and management.
• Organizing staff rotas and handling administrative tasks.
• Managing equipment, materials, and stock levels.
• Training and developing staff.
• Providing performance reports.
• Conducting inspections and implementing schedules.
• Resolving operational issues.
• Managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Handling HR responsibilities and ensuring legal and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a similar role; BICS qualification preferred.
• Strong people management skills.
• Attention to detail and high standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, reliable, and punctual.
• Experience in HR management including recruitment and employee relations.
