LOCATION: CENTRAL RETAIL PARK - FALKIRK

PAY RATE: £12.60 per hour

WORKING HOURS: 38 hours per week, 4 on 4 off

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

As an ABM Cleaning & Landscaping operative your role will be to deliver cleaning services to client facilities in and

around the retail park to a high standard. Maintaining walkways and roads around the park, including litter picking, waste handling, cleaning bollards, chewing gum removal and cleaning of site welfare facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sweeping and litter picking of all areas of retail park.

• Cleaning office and welfare facilities including control room, washroom and kitchen areas.

• Regular emptying and cleaning of waste bins.

• Periodic cleaning of pedestrian walkways.

• Maintain landscaped areas throughout the retail park through adhering to specification.

• Perform additional duties as needed, within reason

• Comply with monthly training sessions delivered by the supervisor/line manager as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Good inter-personal and communication skills

• Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team

• Approachable and courteous manner

• Previous Cleaning and Landscaping experience preferred.
