Job description

LOCATION: CENTRAL RETAIL PARK - FALKIRK

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, 4 on 4 off

Role Overview and Purpose

As an ABM cleaning operative, your role will be to deliver cleaning services to client facilities in and around the building to a high standard. Your tasks will include cleaning floors in building reception areas, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, removing larger objects from the floor, and spot cleaning glass doors/windows. Additionally, you will clean all stainless-steel fixtures and barriers/glass door panels, and dry mop black marble pillars inside and outside the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe all external & internal stainless-steel on lift doors/frames/lift runners, and remove smudges from mirrors. Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean restrooms/showers, empty trash, sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, and clean shower cubicle partition doors/walls. Sweep and mop tile floors.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Assist team leaders/supervisors to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as needed within reason.
• Attend monthly training sessions as required by the supervisor/line manager.
