MSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Cleaning Coordinator to join the team based in TATA Trostre, Llanelli. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• To deliver contractual obligations in accordance with client expectations.
• Completing safety documents prior to commencing any service delivery tasks.
• Ensure all plant and equipment used to deliver the service is sufficient, fit for purpose.
• Oversee the allocation of operational resource, covering cover 24hrs over 7days and manage the workloads/teams in conjunction with the supervisors.
• Ensuring adequate supervision is provided to all and to ensure the safe systems of work are maintained.
• Ensure accurate and recording of pre-determined KPI measures.
