Job summary

Jubilee Wood Primary School is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our facilities team. The role is term-time, 16 hours per week (47.15 weeks per year), 2.48pm–6.00pm, Monday to Friday, with training days and summer break included.

The successful applicant will work under the Caretaker and Cleaning Supervisor, help maintain high cleaning standards, and be willing to undertake Health & Safety training. DBS check required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a cleaners team and maintaining high standards.
• Willing to be trained in Health & Safety requirements.
• Commitment to keeping the school building in good order.

Cleaner Required

Salary: Scale point 3. The FTE is £25,614. Actual is £10,015.70.

Based on 16 hours a week and 47.15 weeks per year. This is term-time, from 2.48pm - 6.00pm Mon-Fri, including 5 staff training days and two weeks during the summer break.

You need:

• to work under the direction of our Caretaker and Cleaning Supervisor

• to be committed to maintaining our building in good order
• to be willing to be trained in Health & Safety requirements
