Morgan Jones Recruitment is seeking a committed Cleaner for a temporary role at an educational campus in Worksop. You will join a proactive Estates team and carry out general cleaning duties to keep the site safe and welcoming.   • General Cleaning: vacuuming, surface cleaning, mopping, and internal glass cleaning.
  • Waste Management: handle waste disposal in line with recycling procedures.
  • Deep Cleaning: undertake sanitising and deep cleaning duties as needed.
  • Equipment and Safety: use cleaning tools and products safely and report any equipment faults to the Estates team.
  • Health & Safety: follow organisational health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
  • Customer Service: maintain a high standard of customer service, timekeeping, and attendance.

About the Role

Our client, a leading educational institution, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Cleaner to join their dedicated team. This role is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all students, staff, and visitors. You’ll be part of a friendly, proactive cleaning team, working under the guidance of the Estates department to deliver top‑notch cleanliness and hygiene standards across the campus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You will be flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to shifting priorities. Must have previous experience in a cleaning role. You’ll take pride in delivering a professional and thorough cleaning service, creating a positive impression for all who visit or work on the site. Autonomy in day‑to‑day duties will be balanced with support from the wider team.
