Location: Newport

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 05:00 - 07:30am

This part-time, permanent role involves maintaining cleanliness, security, and general upkeep of the site. The position is based at Ysgol Gymraeg Casnewyddin Newport, managed through a joint venture between Norse Group and Newport City Council, providing contract cleaning services across the local area.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Reporting defects or issues to the Area Supervisor
• Following all health and safety regulations

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in caretaking, cleaning, or janitorial roles
• Knowledge of relevant health & safety regulations
• The ability to work independently and manage workload
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with the public and clients
