Job summary

Compass is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain clean and hygienic environments across our sites. You will work with the cleaning and facilities teams to ensure areas are safe and presentable for all end users, following high standards of cleanliness.

The role requires experience in commercial cleaning, ability to work Mon-Fri 7-3 and weekends 9-3, and the use of a plain black polo shirt, black trousers and black safety shoes. Training is provided and health and wellbeing support is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning within a commercial environment.
• Able to follow site health and safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every end user
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies
