Job summary

South Ayrshire Council is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain hygiene across designated school and council areas. You will join a frontline team to ensure spaces are kept clean and safe for staff and the public.

Role requires PVG scheme membership or update if already registered; costs may apply. The post is Grade Level 1 with afternoon/evening shifts and a pattern that includes Monday to Friday duties, offering a supportive environment and a range of employee benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Undertake normally as part of a team, the cleaning of a designated area within school/ council premises to ensure that they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
