Job summary

Hoople is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain public toilets in Leominster Town Centre to a clean, safe and welcoming standard. You will work independently, carrying out routine cleaning duties and ensuring facilities are kept presentable for members of the public.

Responsibilities include cleaning two facilities, opening/closing, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, toilet and sink cleaning, and ad-hoc deep cleans when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and maintaining public facilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and disposal.

Responsibilities

• Clean two public toilet facilities.
• Open and close public toilet facilities.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Empty waste bins and manage rubbish.
• Clean toilets and sinks, mop floors.
• Undertake ad-hoc deep cleans when required.
• Know cleaning chemicals storage and disposal methods.
• Notify building management of repairs needed.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Cleaner to help maintain the public toilets in Leominster Town Centre to a clean, safe and welcoming standard. The role would suit someone who takes pride in their work and is happy working independently, carrying out routine cleaning duties and ensuring the facilities are kept presentable for members of the public. Duties will include:

• Cleaning of 2 public toilet facilities
• Opening & Closing Public toilet facilities
• Sweeping, Mopping
• Emptying and waste bins
• Toilet/ sink cleaning, floor mopping
• Undertaking ad-hoc deep cleans where required
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
• Notify building management of any repairs required
• Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions/waste appropriately
