Job summary

Norse Commercial Services Limited is seeking a reliable Cleaner for Laithes Primary School. The role is part-time during term time with some half-term working. Rate is £12.71 per hour, with shifts on Thursdays and Fridays from 3:15pm to 5:30pm, offering a consistent on-site schedule.

We value attention to detail, responsibility and the ability to work independently. DBS check will be enhanced for the successful candidate, with employer-paid processing.

Qualifications

• We will ideally look for previous cleaning or caretaking experience.
• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills and on-site relationship building.
• Confident working independently with initiative.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors and rooms: dusting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming.
• Empty bins, clean restrooms and ensure sanities stations are full.
• Build relationships with clients on site.
• Follow health and safety at all times.
• Report any defects or damages.

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Cleaner at Laithes Primary School, Term time, will require some half term working

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces, who values responsibility and enjoys working on their own initiative.

You'll be working 10.5 hours per week, Thursday & Friday 3:15pm - 5:30pm.

• Cleaning floors and rooms including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring sanities stations are full.
• Building relationships with clients on site.
• Following health and safety at all times.
• Report any defects or damages.

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site.
• Confident working independently to your own initiative.
• Good organisational skills, with attention to detail.
