Job summary

The Bramble Academy in Mansfield Woodhouse is seeking a Cleaner in Charge to lead by example in maintaining a clean and safe school environment. You will oversee the cleaning team and ensure tasks are completed to the required standard.

At the end of the day you will secure the building, lock doors, set alarms and check that all areas are safe. Reliability, attention to detail and commitment to welfare of pupils and staff are essential.

About This Role - Cleaner in Charge

As a Cleaner in Charge, you will lead by example in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the school premises. In addition to carrying out cleaning duties, you will oversee the cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed to the required standard. You will also be responsible for securing the building at the end of the day, including locking doors, setting alarms, and checking that all areas are safe. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping the school environment clean and secure for everyone.
