Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is hiring a Cleaning Operative to join our team at a client site in the Cardiff area. You will perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting and surface cleaning to keep areas neat and tidy, with a 6am start and a 6-out-of-7 shift pattern that includes weekends.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, prioritising a changing workload. Training will be provided, and benefits include uniform, holidays, pension, training, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both alone and in a team.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a changing workload.
• Cleaning experience preferred, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, dust and clean surfaces to keep areas neat and tidy.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors.
• Dispose of trash from bins and containers.
• Polish surfaces when required.
• Clean bathrooms (sinks, basins and toilets).
• Clean windows and glass surfaces if needed.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Operative to join the team and work at our client’s prestigious site.

Duties as a Cleaner:

• Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy
• Performing general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers
• Polishing if necessary
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, if needed

Job role requirements as a Cleaner:

• Comfortable working alone and in a team
• Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
• Cleaning experience would be preferred however full training will be provided
