Job summary

Amey is recruiting an on-site Cleaner to join the Nuclear Restoration Services account at NRS Harwell Power Plant. The role involves carrying out cleaning tasks, adhering to health and safety requirements, and using a time and attendance system to record hours.

Willingness to undergo BPSS security clearance is required. The successful candidate will have prior cleaning experience in a commercial environment and benefit from Amey's extensive training, generous holidays, pension and flexible

• Take ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others at work
• Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements
• Ensure any appropriate warning signs are always in use
• Observe and comply with site rules and regulations at all times
• Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order
• Report all machine and building faults to line manager
• Respond courteously to customer and management requests
• Undertake any other duties requested by line managers
• To use a time and attendance system to record working hours

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an on-site Cleaner to joinour team on our Nuclear Restoration Services account at NRS Harwell Power Plant.

The standard hours of work are 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 07.45 - 17.00 and every other Friday 07.45 - 12.15
