More about your role
  1. Working independently, you will provide an efficient cleaning service throughout designated internal communal areas ensuring Health and Safety and group policy and procedures are adhered to.
  2. Support external areas team when required.
  3. Maintain awareness of Health and Safety, including testing fire alarms and supporting the Management Team.
  4. Ensure communities and environments are maintained to the highest standard, including topping up stock, litter picking outside, maintaining automatic door closers, and reporting issues.
  5. Undertake training as needed to develop skills.
  6. Work 15 hours per week with flexibility, in 2 part-time positions.

More about you
  1. Strong cleaning background with knowledge of estate management issues.
  2. Strong organisation skills and ability to plan workload independently.
  3. Knowledge of COSHH regulations concerning chemical safety in public spaces.
