Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for a permanent position in Chester. The role involves maintaining high cleaning standards, meeting SLAs, and adhering to schedules at the Lloyds Banking Group site.

Shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 17:30pm, with 35 hours per week and a 30-minute unpaid break. Applicants should be reliable, proactive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work; open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
