Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is hiring a Cleaner for a part-time, permanent position in the UK. The role covers cleaning to meet SLAs, maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards. Hours total 10 per week across Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with pay at £12.71 per hour.

The successful candidate will work at the site in Battle, Sussex, and join a team delivering high-quality service in a facilities environment. Benefits are available via Mitie’s flexible schemes.

We're looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 10 hour per week (Monday Wednesday and Friday 2.5 hours per day)

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
