Job summary

Falkirk Council is seeking a Cleaner for The Helix Visitor Centre to maintain a clean and safe environment to a 5-star standard for all visitors. The role covers absences, holidays and events with a fixed 7am–9am schedule, on a casual, as-needed basis.

A Disclosure Scotland check will be required for the successful candidate. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential; the ideal candidate will be positive, organised, a team player, and eager to learn.

Job description

As a Cleaner in The Helix Visitor Centre you will be motivated and enthusiastic in providing a clean and safe environment to a 5 star standard for all visitors.

Previous experience as a Cleaner is desirable but is not essential. Ultimately, we are looking for individuals who display a positive attitude, are passionate, organised and can successfully work as part of a team. A strong willingness to learn is also critical.

The role is to cover absences, holidays and events, 7am - 9am. Casual on an as and when required basis.
