Cleaner/Attendant needed in Lambeth, £15.83ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1519564

This role involves ensuring that Sheltered Housing Schemes are cleaned to a standard that meets the needs of tenants and the standards set by management.

Responsibilities include responding to tenants in emergency situations, assisting in the general well-being and safety of residents in sheltered accommodation, maintaining security, and fostering a community spirit. You will promote sheltered accommodation, develop the scheme as a centre of excellence, and organise social events and activities.

You will also monitor and promote the well-being and safety of tenants, aiming to preserve and encourage their independence.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
