Job summary

HR Employment Bureau Redditch is seeking a reliable Cleaner for the afternoon shift at our Ellesmere Port site.

You will keep communal areas, toilets and outdoor spaces clean, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff. Shifts are between 12:00 and 22:00, 3–5 days per week, with weekly pay at £12.71 per hour.

This role requires teamwork and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal areas, walkways and facilities to a high standard.
• Clean toilets, washrooms and other customer facilities.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean floors, surfaces, glass and other areas as required.
• Carry out regular cleaning throughout the day to maintain presentation standards.
• Undertake outdoor cleaning, including: sweeping walkways and external areas; litter picking and emptying outdoor bins; keeping entrances, paths and customer areas clean and presentable; assisting with general outdoor housekeeping duties.
• Follow all cleaning procedures, health and safety requirements and company standards.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or damage to the appropriate manager.
• Work as part of a team while also being able to complete tasks independently.

Pay frequency: Weekly

Hours: Flexible shifts between 12:00 and 22:00

Working days: The site operates 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday

Availability: Minimum 3-5 days per week required
