Job summary

Mitie is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness at Boots in Redditch. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, hygienic environment for staff and customers, with full training provided.

The position is part-time (7.5 hours per week) with shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Pay is £12.71 per hour, location Boots, Kingfisher Walk, Redditch, West Midlands, B97 4EY.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning toilets, washrooms, and welfare facilities
• Dusting and wiping all surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and internal fixtures as required
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Reporting any cleaning or maintenance issues to management
