Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Cleaning Operative at DVSA, Shire Business Park, Worcester. The role focuses on keeping equipment and premises clean, maintaining safe working order, and meeting SLAs.

You will train fully, work in a team, deliver excellent customer service, and strive to improve performance. Basic English communication is required, and reliability and a professional attitude are valued.

Part-time hours 5 per week; £13.45 per hour; permanent contract; on-site role.

In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.

Rate of pay: £ 13.45 per hour

You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
