Job summary

CMSL t/a Phosters is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our facilities maintenance team across the United Kingdom. The role involves evening shifts, a fixed pattern, and duties such as mopping, vacuuming, bin emptying, polishing and cleaning all areas including toilets.

Training is provided, with uniform and wellbeing support. You will be expected to commute to SO23 8SR and contribute to delivering high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

CMSL t/a Phosters are a fast-paced dynamic facilities maintenance company who operates nationwide, providing nearly 30,000 service visits to properties and sites across the United Kingdom. We provide a comprehensive facilities maintenance service to meet the diverse needs of our clients, through our dedicated team of professionals.

About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for aCleaning Operative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to deliver exceptional results on behalf the business.

The shift pattern for this position is:

• Monday 17.00pn to 19.00pm
• Tuesday 17.00pm to 20.00pm ( additional 1 hour to cover cleaning at KJ Smith Solicitors)
• Wednesday 17.00pm to 19.00pm
• Thursday 17.00pm t0 20.00pm ( additional 1 hour to cover cleaning at KJ Smith Solicitors)
• Friday 17.00pm to 19.00pm

This is a static position; therefore, the successful candidate must be able to commuteto SO23 8SR

Skills and Experience required

OurCleaning Operativewill be responsible for:

• Mopping.
• Vacuming.
• Emptying bins.
• Polishing.
• Cleaning all area's including toilets.
