Mitie is hiring a Cleaning Operative at NATS in Whiteley to maintain high standards of cleanliness in a critical environment. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with evening shifts from 16:45 to 21:45 and requires the ability to operate Merlin and CAFM systems. You will ensure areas remain clean, safe and compliant while delivering excellent service.

SC clearance is required due to site operations. Full training provided, with a supportive team and a stable permanent position.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience within commercial buildings.
• Reliable, hardworking and professional in your approach.

• Use the Merlin system via a mobile device to log tasks, complete checks and record cleaning activities.
• Carry out cleaning duties in line with agreed schedules and site standards.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly at all times.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site requirements.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Please note, due to the site operations, you will need to pass an SC Clearance to be successful in the role.
