Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our communities at a large housing site in Welwyn Garden City. You will join our Soft FM Cleaning Team and your role covers communal internal and external areas to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering excellence and creating clean, safe spaces for residents.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards and paths as per contract specification.
• Removing dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping hard surfaces and litter picking.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Soft FM Cleaning Team who are based at a large housing site in Welwyn Garden City.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents.
