Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries Limited in Verwood is seeking an enthusiastic Cleaner to join our team. This part-time role runs 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6:30pm–8:30pm, supporting everyday hygiene across the nursery.

You will join a caring, safety-conscious team and help maintain the highest cleanliness standards while contributing to a positive environment for children and staff alike. Experience is welcome but not essential; a can-do attitude, reliability, good communication and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high hygiene standards.
• Organised and able to plan own work and resources.

About the role:

As our nursery Cleaner,you’ll:

Be a keymember of the nursery team, showing initiative and dedication ensuringhigh standardsof cleanliness aremaintainedthroughout the entire nursery.

Be flexible and supportive to the nursery team working with all staff members in all areas of the nursery asrequired.

Take pride in the work that you doand have a strong eye for detail.

Ensurecleaning dutiesare undertaken to the highest of standards.

About you:

We’relooking for someone who:

Haspreviouscleaning experiencealthough this is not essential, a “can-do” attitude is more important.

Hasstrong awareness of Health & Safety and potential hazards.

Is organisedandable to plantheirown work and resources accordingly.

Isa strong teamplayer withawillingness to support colleagues and share information.

Is a good communicator and candemonstratestrong initiative and ability to think on their feet.
