Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries Limited in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an enthusiastic Cleaner to join the team. You will help maintain the highest hygiene standards across the nursery and work 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

The role requires a proactive approach, reliability, and teamwork. Previous cleaning experience is welcome though not essential, with a strong focus on health and safety and the ability to organize your own work and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety and potential hazards.
• Organised and able to plan own work and resources accordingly.
• A good communicator with initiative and the ability to think on their feet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the nursery.
• Be flexible and supportive to the nursery team and work with all staff.
• Take pride in your work and ensure cleaning duties are undertaken to the highest standards.

Our Cleanerwillwork 10hours per week, Monday to Friday 630pm-830pm.

About the role:

As our nursery Cleaner,you’ll:

Be a keymember of the nursery team, showing initiative and dedication ensuringhigh standardsof cleanliness aremaintainedthroughout the entire nursery.

Be flexible and supportive to the nursery team working with all staff members in all areas of the nursery asrequired.

Take pride in the work that you doand have a strong eye for detail.

Ensurecleaning dutiesare undertaken to the highest of standards.

Haspreviouscleaning experiencealthough this is not essential, a “can-do” attitude is more important.

Hasstrong awareness of Health & Safety and potential hazards.
