Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting cleaners to support secondary schools and FE colleges across Swansea and the surrounding areas. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, carry out general cleaning duties and help keep environments hygienic, tidy and safe.

The roles are temporary with various contract types; salary is £14.25 per hour. An immediate start is available, and full PAYE pay with 24/7 consultant support, plus CPD certificates, is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience.
• DBS on Update Service desirable.
• Good understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Reliable and punctual approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hardworking and flexible attitude.

The successful Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the setting, carrying out general cleaning duties and ensuring all areas remain hygienic, tidy and safe.

The successful Cleaner will have:

• Previous cleaning experience
• A DBS on the Update Service is desirable
• A good understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A hardworking and flexible attitude
