Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a Mansfield school to recruit a reliable Cleaner for part-time, temporary and long-term assignments. The role covers early mornings and after-school shifts, maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

You will be responsible for cleaning classrooms and facilities across the school, with flexible hours to suit other commitments and a PAYE payroll arrangement.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school or similar setting
• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning and hygiene standards
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

The school is looking to take on a Cleaner on a temporary, long-term and part-time basis, with early morning and after-school shifts offering flexibility around other commitments. The successful Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school, ensuring classrooms, communal areas and facilities are kept clean, tidy and hygienic.

The successful Cleaner will have:

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school or similar setting
• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning and hygiene standards
