• Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday (Between 6am-9am)
• Location: Co Op, Broadway House, Springwell Road, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, England, SR4 8NW

Role Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, in safe working order, and meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, understand when work needs to be carried out, and learn about all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, following Health and Safety requirements. You will undertake all necessary training for the role, work within a team, and also use your own initiative. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking continuous improvement to exceed expectations are key aspects of the role.
