Labman Automation Ltd. is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain clean, hygienic facilities at Labman HQ in Stokesley. The role covers daily cleaning across offices, kitchens and communal spaces, with duties following health and safety guidelines.

You will replenish supplies, handle cleaning products safely and report issues to the facilities team. This part-time position offers a 6am–10am schedule (4 hours daily, 5 days a week) with a pro-rata salary of £26,000.

Location: Labman HQ, Stokesley, North Yorkshire
Salary: £26,000 (pro-rata)
Employment Type: Part time - 4 hours a day, 5 days a week (20 hours per week)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of Labman’s facilities. In this important role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of our workplace environment, ensuring that all areas remain safe, hygienic, and welcoming for staff and visitors.

You will take pride in maintaining high standards across our buildings, supporting Labman’s commitment to excellence and providing a clean, comfortable setting that reflects our values and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our cleaning team, you will:

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas of Labman’s HQ, including offices, communal spaces, toilets, and kitchens.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as needed.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment, following company procedures at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Support the wider facilities team when required, contributing to a welcoming and safe environment for staff and visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities as required for audits and compliance.
• Confidentiality must be upheld at all times to protect sensitive information, reflecting Labman’s commitment to professionalism and trustworthiness.
