Labman Automation Ltd. is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain clean, hygienic facilities at Labman HQ in Stokesley. The role covers daily cleaning across offices, kitchens and communal spaces, with duties following health and safety guidelines.

You will replenish supplies, handle cleaning products safely and report issues to the facilities team. This part-time position offers a 6am–10am schedule (4 hours daily, 5 days a week) with a pro-rata salary of £26,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or facilities roles, ideally within office or commercial settings.
• Attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Good time management to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication for reporting issues and coordinating with colleagues.
• Proactive attitude to support the wider facilities team.
• Trustworthy handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Carry out daily cleaning across offices, toilets, kitchens and communal spaces.
• Follow health and safety guidelines while cleaning.
• Replenish soap, towels and toilet rolls as needed.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or damage promptly.
• Support the wider facilities team to maintain a safe environment.
