The Estates and Facilities Team at Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust is offering a 12-month fixed-term, part-time cleaning post. The role runs 25 hours a week on weekday shifts (13.00–18.00) and supports wards and clinical areas to NHS cleaning guidelines.

You will work with ward managers and the Hotel Services team, performing routine cleaning and waste disposal while maintaining a patient-focused service.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Complete the daily shift plan on time, keeping cleanliness and hygiene to NHS cleaning guidelines
• Complete weekly departmental performance monitoring against Trust standards
• Maintain a patient-focused service across clinical areas
• Carry out general cleaning and domestic tasks to a high standard within a designated area, managing own task schedule
• Maintain other Hotel Services tasks to a high standard
• Work with the Hotel Services team and ward managers on ward cleaning and hygiene
• Dispose of waste under the Trust waste policy, meeting health and safety standards
• Move rubbish to designated collection points

This is a 12-month fixed-term part-time cleaning post in the Estates and Facilities Team at Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust. The work centres on keeping wards and clinical areas clean and hygienic to current NHS cleaning guidelines, running a daily shift plan and disposing of waste safely. It is 25 hours a week on weekday shifts, working alongside ward managers and the Hotel Services team. Sponsorship for this role is not available.
